This is the third time- one buys and then you wonder if it will ever come. I ordered on 5th February and today is 22nd. All you get is a msg from Shiprocket that the delivery vehicle has had a breakdown and consignment is delayed! Same msg every week. Sick of this. No one from the Hapiso team calls or responds to emails

It is very gentle, the fragrance is subtle and removes stains really well. For heavily soiled clothes like doormats , etc too- the pods worked well.
